Silicone coated fiberglass braided sleeving is used for insulation of leads and connections in electrical and electronic components ( transformers, coils, relays, solenoids etc.) where temperature range from –70°C through 200°C are encountered. Silicone rubber coated glass sleeving is the only flexible insulating material which remains useful for continuous service in ambient temperatures from -70°C through +200°C. Operation at temperatures up to 315 ° C is tolerated for short durations. Exceeds all requirements of UL Subject 224 for 200 ° C, 600-volt operation. It also exceeds the requirements of MIL-I-3190, MIL-P-18057, and ASTM D372.

• Tightly braided fiberglass sleeve completely coated with acrylic resin to provide superior electrical and thermal protection.
• Thermal Characteristics - UL/NEMA Thermal Class H (-70 to 200°C)
• MIL-I-3190/6, MIL-P-18057 (grade A)
• CSA rated
• Flame Resistance - Passes UL 1441 (VW-1). Self-Extinguishing. NEMA TF-2 flame retardant
• Available in NEMA sizes #24 (AWG) to 1". NEMA TS-1, Type 5
• Excellent chemical resistance to: Acids, weak alkalis, esters, fungus and corona treatment
• Dielectric Grade A: 8000V minimum average breakdown, 6000V minimum individual.
• The coating maintains its electrical integrity - even under severe fireconditions - by forming a non-conductive ash.
• High quality equivalent to: Ben-Har 1151-XL200A, Varflo sleeving, Hilec Turbo 117F, Hilec Vol-Sil Grade A, Alpha Wire PIF-200
