Features:
3M 2:1 heat shrink tubing is supplied standard with a "dual-wall" construction. When exposed to the heat from aֲ heat gunֲ (roughly at 90ֲ°C), the inner layer begins to flow (just like a hot melt adhesive). When the tubing shrinks and and subsequently cools down, the inner layer solidifies and forms a moisture barrier between the tubing and the component or wire. This provides a water-tight seal, protecting the connector and/or wire.
